Press Kit
Like many authors, Cole Chase knocked around through numerous employment situations while trying to write on the side. Most prominent in his background: ten years working in network security, with five as a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) and earning an NSA-IAM qualification. During this period he edited, wrote, and/or published more than 1600 security alerts and articles to a mail list that grew to 60,000 subscribers. He went on to become the first Director of Marketing for ICANN, the non-profit that organizes the Internet's DNS and numbering systems. This background empowers Chase to add plausibility and clarity to the technology aspects of his thrillers and mysteries.
